Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible

KRISTINN MIRRORS is the trading name of Kristinn Ingi Einarsson, a sole proprietor established in Spain (Tax ID (NIF): Z3697042G), Calle Sócrates 2, Planta 0, Puerta 8, 16400 Tarancón, Cuenca, Spain. For any privacy question, contact support@kristinnmirrors.com.

2. What data we process

Through this form we only process the data needed to handle your request:

• order number, order date, items ordered, and order value;
• name, email address, phone number, and shipping address from the order;
• the reason for your request that you enter in the form;
• the time of the request and the IP address it was sent from, to prevent abuse;
• whether the emails related to this request were opened and their buttons clicked.

We do not collect payment data. No bank details are needed for a refund: anyone who asks for them on behalf of KRISTINN MIRRORS is not part of our business.

3. Why we use it

We use this data to review and answer your refund request and, where applicable, to issue the refund to your original payment method. Because we are established in Spain, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies: the legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Checking the form for abuse and measuring opens and clicks of the related emails are based on our legitimate interest in a working, traceable customer service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The consent you give before submitting refers to this processing and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

4. Who receives it

We share data only with service providers needed to handle your request, and only to the extent necessary:

• Shopify, to manage the order and the refund;
• Vercel, to run this page and the related processing;
• Zoho, for the mailbox that sends the emails related to this request and where replies are read and answered.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep the data of your request while it is being handled and afterwards for as long as commercial and tax record-keeping obligations require. After that, it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, simply email support@kristinnmirrors.com. U.S. residents also have the rights described in our full privacy policy. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

7. No automated decisions

A person decides on your request. There is no decision based solely on automated processing, and no profiling.

8. Cookies

This page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We only process the technically necessary data required to submit the form.
